JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE : Warehouse Supervisor
FLSA STATUS : Exempt
REPORTS TO : Materials Manager
SUMMARY
This person is responsible for supervisory work involved in the maintenance and accuracy of inventory flow and procedures throughout the plant through establishment and adherence to defined procedures.
Position interfaces with molding, assembly, quality assurance, purchasing, engineering, production control, and accounting to assure accurate daily, weekly, and monthly records of inventory are maintained.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :
Minimum of two years experience in materials or related field. Supervisory and inventory experience preferred. Possesses the ability to train others for routine positions and the ability to gather and analyze information and make decisions from a limited number of choices.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
This position typically does not require any travel.
